Open hours
Saxo Capital Markets’s Customer Relations Department is open every day between:
- Sunday March 19th from 18:00 GMT to Friday March 24th 22:00 GMT
- Sunday March 26th from 18:00 GMT to Friday March 31st 22:00 GMT
- From the first weekend in April, Saxo Capital Markets is open from Sunday 19:00 GMT to Friday 21:00 GMT
- From the last weekend of October to the last weekend of March, Saxo Capital Markets is open from: Sunday 18:00 GMT to Friday 22:00 GMT
The above opening hours apply when shifting to Daylight Saving Time.
Customer Relations
Our Customer Relations Department can offer you comprehensive daily trade reports, account transfer reconciliations, fund transfer assistance, and can help you with setting up client accounts, activation and disablement and any other form of issue resolution related to client service.
Technical Support
To facilitate our partnership, you can also benefit from a number of technical services we offer. Saxo Capital Markets has established an IB-specific website complete with protected access code and password for greater security and service. Saxo also provides local network support and a 24-hour support service during market opening hours.
Trading service
Saxo Capital Markets’s Market Making department ensures liquidity in over 100 currency crosses, 24 hours a day. Our individually allocated dealers will provide you with a high level of professional service, based on your needs and requirements as well as those of your clients in trading the markets.
Analysis of the markets is provided on a daily basis by Saxo Capital Markets’s expert research staff in the markets of Foreign Exchange, Equity and Commodities. These analysis emails can easily be subscribed to by amending the member registration form accordingly.
